Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS)

We require all individuals and organizations applying for grants to have a DUNS number. We are currently tracking artistic communities and artists in Utah. By requiring a DUNS number, we can more accurately pinpoint and support artistic endeavors throughout the state.

Please Note: For our requirements you only need to use the free option in applying for your DUNS number.
